Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a type of exercise designed to improve strength, flexibility, body control, and endurance.

It focuses on developing a strong core while improving alignment, coordination, and balance.

Self-directed reformer Pilates classes are available at the clinic, with video-guided sessions to support you through each workout.

 

While instructor-led classes are not currently offered, personalised exercise recommendations can also be provided to suit your individual needs.
